Billing and cancellation terms

These terms explain how paying for Amke Media's ad management works, how to cancel, and what we do and don't promise. The short version:

• $500 USD a month for managing your Facebook and Instagram ads
• Month to month, cancel anytime from your billing page
• Ad budget paid directly to Meta, never through us
• Sample ads free, with no payment details needed

What you pay and when

Ad management costs $500 USD per month. It covers:

• Ads made for your business: photos, short videos and copy
• Targeting the towns you serve
• Lead forms and tracking (Meta Pixel and instant forms)
• Ongoing improvements: fresh versions, new audiences, and budget shifted to what brings leads
• Plain-English reports on what you spent, the leads that came in and your cost per lead

Payments are processed by Stripe. You're charged when you sign up and then on the same date each month until you cancel. You can pay by card, US bank account or Link.

Cancelling

It's month to month. You can cancel anytime from your client billing page or by emailing us at amkemedia@gmail.com. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.

Your ad budget

Your ad budget is separate from the $500 a month. You pay it directly to Meta, so it never passes through us and we never hold it.

Free sample ads

Before you pay anything, we make free sample ads for your business. There's no obligation and no payment details are needed. You only sign on if you like them.

You approve every ad

No ad runs until you've approved it.

Results

Meta decides who sees each ad, and results depend on things like your market, offer and season, so we don't promise a set number of leads, calls or sales. What you can count on: ads you approve, steady testing and improvements, and plain-English reports showing what you spent and what came in.
