Amke Media ("we", "us") builds and runs Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our form to request free sample ads, we collect what you enter: the type of business you run, the towns or area you serve, your name and email address, and, if you add them, your business name, phone number and anything else you tell us. If you arrived through a link that names a trade or campaign, the form also records that label so we know where your request came from.
• Billing details, if you become a client. Payments are handled by Stripe. We can see your name, email, billing address and the last four digits of your card or bank account, but never the full number.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, the services that run this site automatically receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type so they can deliver the pages to you and keep the site secure.

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking scripts. If we ever add one, for example the Meta Pixel, we'll update this policy first.

How we use your information

• To reply to you and put together your free sample ads
• To provide and manage our services if you become a client
• To keep records of our business communications

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

If you become a client

To run your ads we need access to your Facebook page, Instagram and Meta ad account, and we add tracking to your website. We use that access only to run and report on your campaigns.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run this website and our business:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers form requests to our inbox
• Google, which hosts our email and provides the fonts used on this site
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• Stripe, which processes payments (card, US bank account or Link) and invoices for our clients

We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, or meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Email us at amkemedia@gmail.com to ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
